Please note that each accepted paper is required at least one full registration of its authors. The registration fee covers access to all sessions, all conference materials, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. Registration is incomplete until payment is received. Papers that are not registered and presented at the conference will NOT be published in the symposium proceedings.

Registration for Companions

Companions of conference attendees can register the conference activities via: https://iconf.young.ac.cn/t98A3.
Additional fees are required for accompanying person to participate in the relevant activities. All the price below is for one person.

  • Conference Banquet (July 17)---280 CNY / 40 USD
  • Half Day Tour to the Forbidden City (July 18 afternoon)---300 CNY / 45 USD
  • Dinner with Traditional Peking Duck (July 18 evening)---300 CNY / 45 USD
  • Voluntary One Day Trip to the Great Wall (July 20, Out of the Official Conference Schedule)---500 CNY / 70 USD

    • Cancellation Policy

    If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, it's required to send the formal request via: async2023@youngac.cn; and meanwhile follow the refund policy below:

    • Cancellation application received before June 10, 2023, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Cancellation application received before June 20, 2023, 30% of registration for cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Cancellation application received before June 30, 2023, 50% of registration for cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Cancellation received after June 30, 2023 will NOT be refunded.
